How long will it take to get my cards?
We ship all orders the day we recieve them, so 1 day in the UK and 2-4 days anywhere else in the world.

Can I have any information printed on my cards?
Yes, we do not need to check the information as we are not a nationally recognised scheme and all our cards are for novelty use anyway. You can have anything you want printed on our products.
Are your Cards Legal?
YES! all our cards have been designed in-house from scratch, we do not attempt to emulate any existing card and we do not condone misuse. They are legal to sell, they are legal to own, regardless of the information printed on them. If you attempt to pass yourself off as anything you are not to either evade the law or gain products or services that require verified ID using our cards, then you will be breaking the law.
Are your designs believable?
YES! at a glance, any of our cards will fool any novice, they look better than existing cards and our competitors, We employ designers with highly acclaimed credentials in the field of design. Be careful, there are many sites out there that claim to be good, but dont even use Smart-Chips!, We feel this is integral to any decent identity card.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free! and free worldwide! We supply all our cards with a padded envelope to ensure no-one can get their hands on your cards.
What type of payment do you take?
We accept Cash, Cheques and Postal Orders. Please do not send us coins, the postal service are renowned for opening up envelopes obviously containing cash/coins. We recommend that you send send all cash by Recorded Delivery, or if you can afford it, Special Delivery - which includes insurance and a tracking system. We do not accept online payments as yet.
Whats is the best type of Photo to send for my ID card.
We reccommend a passport photograph, either black and white or colour. We will use whatever we are given, but this will result in a higher quality print.
Is my information confidential?
Yes, we do not pass on your info to any third parties.
